Efficiency in the warehouse starts with having the right product in the right place. To prevent shipping delays, your Pickable Bins must be consistently stocked from your Non-PIckable (Overstock or Bulk) locations.
The Mobile Replenishment tool identifies inventory gaps before they result in empty bins during an active pick. Ensuring that your picking team remains focused on fulfillment while the replenishment team maintains a steady flow of inventory.

- Real-Time In Progress Badges: If a teammate is already working on a SKU, you will see their avatar and an In Progress badge. This prevents double-work.
-
Filtering by Demand:
- Allocated: Shows items needed for current open orders. This is a high priority.
- All (Allocated and Non-Allocated items): Shows items needing to be replenished based on the product's replenishment min and max levels.
- Other Filters: The report can be filtered by Order Status, Order Tag, Inventory Status, Order Details, and Customers (for 3PL providers). If a user has a default order status set in their profile, the list will prioritize SKUs matching that status.
- Smart Sorting: You can sort the list by Lesser Quantity First to clear out small remaining amounts in bulk bins, or by Order Ship Date to prioritize urgent shipments.
Replenishment Logic & System Rules
| Logic Type | Rule Description |
| Bin Selection | Suggests non-pickable bins with the highest quantity first. |
| Stock Rotation | FIFO/FEFO: Oldest stock or soonest expiration dates are prioritized. |
| Split Replenishment | If one source bin is insufficient, the app directs the user to a second location for the balance. |
Navigating the Replenishment Report
The mobile Replenishment Report Screen is your command center. It lists every product that needs to be moved from non-pickable (overstock) locations to a pickable location.
By default, the list sorts by "allocated items" placing high-demand SKUs at the top. Click the Filter icon to change which SKUs are shown or not.

Locking and Selecting Items
Before you move a product, you must Lock it. This tells the system and your team that you are responsible for this move.
Pro Tip: You can scan a product barcode at any time to instantly filter the list to that specific SKU.
Replenishing/Locking One Item at a Time
- To lock an item to your user tap a product card. This secures the item to your user profile.
- Hit the back button from teh product page to release the item back to the general pool.
Replenishing/Locking Multiple Items at a Time
Do not get overwhelmed by a long replenishment report. Lock several items at a time to your user to create a smaller replenishment list. To do this:
- Check the items in the list and then select the Replenish button.
- This opens your selected list of items locked to your user.
- Follow the replenishment process for all items on the list until no items remain.
Leaving a Custom Replenishment List Early
There are times when a user may need to stop in the middle of processing a custom replenishment list. In these cases the user should use the Complete button to save the work already completed. Items that were not replenished will move back into the general pool of items. If a user hits the back button on a Custom Replenishment list they will recieve a prompt to confirm the action stating "all progress will be lost."

If you are picking a full case to replenish eaches to another location, the system automatically calculates how many cases you need to grab based on the inner-pack quantity.

NOTE: To learn how to break cases into individual units, please review the Case-to-Each Breakdown article.
Replenishing a Product from Multiple Locations
If a product needs to be moved to a picking area but no single location has enough stock, the ShipHero app will guide you through multiple locations. The system automatically calculates the Units Needed as you pick, ensuring you collect the correct total quantity.
The app updates the remaining balance in real-time. Once a location is emptied or the available stock is picked, the system directs you to the next available source.
