Introduction to WorkforceHero
WorkforceHero is home to an easy-to-read dashboard that lets managers see which jobs each user is assigned.
A manager can assign workers to a job and move workers from one activity to another using the Workforce Dashboard. Workers can clock into a job, clock out for a break, and track their time on task.
You can see all of your workers from the main Workforce dashboard and what jobs they are currently working on.
Users can view/hide jobs and create new jobs from this page:

How to Read & Manage Alerts
Alerts show when a worker is late to your return to their shift. Currently, these alerts are set as 15 minutes for a "paid break" and 30 minutes for "lunch."
The Alert time can be customized under the Settings section for WorkforceHero:
1. To access, go to your Settings at the bottom of the menu on the left hand side.
2. Click on WorkforceHero on the right hand side of the screen.
The WorkforceHero warnings screen will appear. From here you can set the intervals for idle time in different jobs, as well as break and lunch intervals. Unless an employee exceeds these time limits while officially assigned to one of these jobs or on a lunch or paid break, you will NOT receive an alert.
Additional Alert Options
You can view alert details in three separate locations.
1. By clicking on the user with the alert in the general Workforce dashboard.
2. By clicking on the warnings call-out at the top of the general Workforce dashboard.
3. By clicking on the Team Members Report.
