During the fulfillment process you can auto-print return labels for all orders or for specific orders. This generates a return label that can be included in the package for your customer to have a seemless return experience as needed.
How to Auto-Print Return Labels for All Orders
The section will walk you through how to enable the auto-print return labels setting for all orders shipped on your account. Before enabling the setting below, you need to add return carriers and methods to the account.
- Go to app.shiphero.com > My Account > Settings
- Open the Customer Return tab.
- Check the box Auto Print Return Labels.
- Select specific Carriers and Methods from the dropdown.
NOTE: If All is selected flor the Carriers and Methods, the return label will be the same carrier and method used to ship the package. As the return carrier and methods were set up on the account.
- Click Save.
How to Auto-Print Return Labels for Specific Orders
The section will walk you through how to enable the auto-print return labels option for specific orders shipped on your account. Before enabling the setting below, you need to add return carriers and methods to the account.
- Verify that Auto-Print Return Labels are not checked on the Customer Return page.
- Create an automation rule using Set Auto Print Return Label, "On" as the action.
- Then add the action to Set Shipping Method to choose the method you want to use on the return.
