How to Automatically Print Shipping Labels via Automation Rule

Automatically printing labels feature via Automation rules is developed to speed up the process of shipping product that has its own box or if scales are not needed.

If a packer needs to fill a box after scanning the item, this feature will not allow them time to do so, as the label is printed as soon as the item is scanned. This feature is only available for single-order (MIB) shipping.

How to create the Automation rule:

  1. Go to the Orders > Automation Rules page and click Create new automation rule.
  2. You will then set the trigger and Action to have the label print automatically.

Automation rules will only run on orders created after the rule has been made. If the order was placed first and the automation rule was created after, the rule will not run.
