Understanding Sales Tax Collection in ShipHero

ShipHero is legally obligated to collect and remit sales taxes for the US states that require this. Address information was obtained from the data that is on your primary warehouse.

 

How to update your address:

If you need to update the address information used, please create a ticket for our support team.

 

What If my Warehouse is Tax Exempt:

If your business is tax-exempt, please contact support, and they will re-direct you to our Billing Teams to securely provide the proper certifications. As a best practice, do not send sensitive information via a support ticket, i.e., Credit Card information, Login passwords, or Government-issued documents with sensitive business information.
