ShipHero's WMS uses totes to handle picked orders while they are in transit to the pack station. A picker will pick the items for an order into a tote, scan the tote barcode to ensure the correct item has been placed in the correct bin and then provide a cartful of totes to the packer to complete the orders and get them ready to ship.
This article will describe how to create and manage totes.
