The "NEW" Totes page is only available for Dynamic Slotting accounts. The advanced features are not compatible with Static Slotting functionality. Static Slotting accounts will need to use the "Legacy" Totes page until the account transistions to Dynamic Slotting, which must be completed by Oct. 1, 2025.

Available Tools (Print, Clear, Edit, Delete)
Most of the functions tools on the totes apage can be completed for multiple totes at once, the once exception being changing the name of your totes. In order to execute bulk features, you will need to first select multiple totes by clicking on the box to the left of the Tote name. Once more than one tote is selected, three bulk editing options will appear at the top of the table: Print Barcodes, Clear and Delete.
How to Print Tote Barcodes
Need to replace the label for a tote that's not scanning or recently renamed your totes and need to update the label? Just print a new one from the Totes page.
- To print a single Tote barcode hover over the tote's information line and hit the Print icon
- To print multiple tote barcodes, select the totes from the list and click Print barcodes.
How to Clear a Tote
NOTE: We recommend using the Transfer Tote Inventory option over using the Clear button when troubleshooting totes. Transfering the inventory to a new location ensures accurate tracking and accountability when moving inventory in the warehouse.
Using the clear button on the totes page will disassociate the inventory assigned to it and virtually return it back to the location it was picked from. Err on the side of caution when using this feature as you will still need to physically move the inventory back in your warehouse.
- To clear a single tote, hover over the tote's information line and click the Clear Icon
- To clear multiple totes, select the totes from the list and click Clear
How to Delete Totes
Need to do a data clean up or created totes in error? No problem, just delete the tote(s) from your list. Deleting totes is irreversible; if a tote has an "In Use" status you will not be able to delete it.
- To delete a tote, hover over the tote information line, select more options and then Delete.
- To delete multiple totes, select the totes from the list and and click Delete.
How to Change the Name of a Tote
NOTE: Editing tote names in bulk is not currently available in the platform; however, our Support team can assist with this request if you provide a CSV with the current tote name, tote barcode and the new tote name.
To edit the name of a single tote:
- Open the Totes page.
- Select the More actions option for the tote and click Edit.
- Type in the new name and hit Edit to save the changes.
