ShipHero provides several ways to manage your product data, from individual updates to powerful Bulk Edit features for streamlined operations. The Bulk Edit features let you quickly modify product properties like name, reorder level, or customs information, along with many other details listed in the CSV template.
Below are the various areas you can edit the settings and details of a product:
-
-
- Product Details page: use for individual product updates.
- Inventory > Products page: use for individual or multiple product updates.
- ShipHero Mobile App: use for individual product updates.
- Via CSV file on the Bulk Edit page: use for multiple product updates.
-
Why so many options? This makes it easy for your team to make necessary edits without interrupting their work processes. For example, if someone on the inventory team notices the barcode is incorrect for a product, they can use the mobile app to change the details instead of needing to go to a computer.
Users must have Product>Edit permissions or be an Admin User to make changes to product details.

Editing Products using Bulk Edit CSV Upload
