Once packing is finished, the ability to update the current Outbound Schedule of the order will be enabled on the Order details tab. The Outbound Schedule is a tool to help manage what stage your wholesale order is in between finishing the packing process and the order leaving your facility.
The Outbound progress will default to Awaiting Schedule. Once your team schedules a pick up, change the status to Ready for pick up and enter a Pickup date. After the order has been picked up, update the Outbound progress to Complete and mark the order as fulfilled using the Fulfill order button.
To edit the Outbound progress status click the Edit button, make the necessary changes and then select Save.
Order Fulfillment
Once the Outbound process is complete, you can use the Fulfill order button to complete the wholesale flow and move the order to a Fulfilled status. This action is available after generating labels but we recommend not using it until the outbound schedule is complete and the order has left the building.
To set a wholesale order as fulfilled click the Fulfill order button. Then confirm the action in the pop-up module.
