You can adjust inventory directly from the ShipHero Mobile application using the Search Items feature. This process allows you to adjust stock levels for both loose items stored in locations and items contained within License Plate Numbers (LPNs).
LPN BETA NOTICE: LPN functionality is cutrrently limited to the wholesale interface. Other LPN features are currently in Beta. To enable the full suite of LPN options for your account, please contact your Customer Success Manager (CSM) or email Support@shiphero.com.

Step-by-Step Instructions
- From the main menu, tap Inventory and then select Search Items.
- Scan or type the SKU you need to adjust. You will be navigated to the Edit Product Screen for that SKU.
- Tap the Edit Inventory action located next to the On Hand count to open the Edit Inventory Screen.
Select the location or LPN for which you are adjusting the inventory for. Ensure you are editing the correct record (Loose SKU or LPN) before saving changes to maintain accurate audit trails.
Inventory Type Description and Display Indicators Loose Items Stock stored directly at the location without an LPN. Shows Location ID only (e.g., OVER-T-41) LPN Items stored within a specific container ID. Shows Location ID + LPN ID (e.g., OVER-T-41 + B147) - Tap Adjust and select Increase or Decrease to enter the adjustment quantity.
- Tap Confirm.
- Once all inventory adjustments for this SKU are complete, tap Save. The stock level for location or LPN selected location will update immediately and show in the inventory change log for loose SKUS and LPN Timeline for adjustments made to containerized stock (inventory in an LPN).
