NEW Replenishment Beta in ShipHero Mobile

This workflow guides you through the process of moving stock from unpickable storage locations to pickable locations using the Replenishment beta in the ShipHero Mobile App. The replenishment process is divided into 3 primary phases:

1. Creating a Replenishment Task
2. Picking Items from Source Locations
3. Putting Items Away to Destination

LPN BETA NOTICE: LPN functionality is cutrrently limited to the wholesale interface. Other LPN features are currently in Beta. To enable the full suite of LPN options for your account, please contact your Customer Success Manager (CSM) or email Support@shiphero.com.

Creating a Replenishment Task

Planning your replenishment includes selecting the items you want to replenish and the location you will pull the inventory from.

1. From the mobile app main menu, select Replenishment.
2. Review the Replenishment report, which lists all items requiring movement.
3. Tap the SKU you wish to process. A blue checkmark will appear to confirm your selection.
4. On the SKU card, tap the edit icon (pen) to update source locations.
5. On the Select replenish locations screen, choose the specific areas where you will pick the items.
6. Scroll through the list and tap the desired locations.
7. Tap Save to return to the Replenishment report.

Operational Considerations

• If you select locations that do not contain enough stock to meet the total required quantity, the app will display a warning: "Selected location doesn't meet the required quantity." You may continue if necessary.
• Workflow Options: When you have multiple Source Locations from which to pick, you can choose one of two methods:
  1. Pick and put away one source location at a time. Ideal if using Transfer Locations that are later moved to pickable areas.
  2. Pick from all source locations first, then perform putaway. Preferred for single SKU tasks involving multiple source locations.

Picking Items from Source

1. Tap Start replenishment to view the Replenishment draft list. The app splits the total replenishment into separate tasks for each source location.
2. Select the first picking task.
3. The app will prompt you to Scan Source LPN or Location.

4. Scan the items or LPN you are pulling from the location.

   To Pick an LPN (Case or Pallet)	To Pick Loose Units
   Scan the LPN barcode at the source location. The app will confirm LPN full picked. The LPN quantity is automatically deducted from the total required for that location.	Scan the location barcode (e.g., OVER-16). On the Scan loose units screen, scan the SKU barcode for each individual item until the "Picked" count matches your physical count.

5. Once all items for the source location are picked, you will return to the draft list.
6. A Putaway summary will appear at the bottom of the screen showing the items ready for movement.

Putting Items Away to Destination Locations

1. Tap Start putaway.
2. On the Putaway list screen, select the item or LPN you want to putaway.
3. Scan the barcode of the new location.
4. Determine the placement method based on your previous selection: If on step 2 you had chosen to putaway an LPN then you will be prompted on how you want to put away it:
   1. Tap Transfer entire LPN to confirm the move of the LPN:
      • If Destination is a location, the LPN will be moved to it.
      • If Destination is a LPN, the LPN will be nested onto it.
   2. Tap on the SKU to remove items of that SKU from the LPN and:
      • If Destination is a location, scan or enter the quantity to be place as loose in it.
      • If Destination is a LPN, the scan or enter the quantity of items of the SKU to be transfer to it.
5. Repeat this process for all items on the Putaway list.

When placing as loose units, ensure you scan the SKU into the destination location to maintain inventory accuracy.

Complete the Replenishment Job

1. After all the units are put away, the app returns you to the Replenishment draft list. with the completed task removed from the list. 
2. Select the next remaining pick task.
3. Repeat the Picking and Putting Away steps for all remaining tasks.
4. When the draft list is empty, the app returns you to the main Replenishment report. The SKU will no longer appear on the report if its requirements are met.
