In a fast-paced warehouse, time spent searching for bins or double-handling inventory results in lost revenue. Putaway is the essential process of moving received stock into storage locations to make it available for sale. ShipHero Putaway V2 provides advanced control over floor operations, allowing for precise management of complex inventory movements.
Why Putaway Matters for Your Business
In a busy warehouse, misplaced inventory leads to shipment delays. For ShipHero users, the Putaway tool provides several key benefits:
- Consolidates stock and Maximizes Space: Locate existing product bins to prevent items from being scattered and quickly identifies empty or available locations.
- Improves Accuracy: Real-time logging ensures that "Available to Sell" numbers remain precise.
- Direct Replenishment: Identify items flagged with the Replen tag to replenish pickable locations before adding new inventory to overstock locations.
LPN BETA NOTICE: LPN functionality is cutrrently limited to the wholesale interface. Other LPN features are currently in Beta. To enable the full suite of LPN options for your account, please contact your Customer Success Manager (CSM) or email Support@shiphero.com.

- Unique ID Filtering: V2 uses Unique IDs to distinguish between different batches of the same SKU across multiple locations.
3. Real-Time Visibility
V2 provides immediate feedback on task progress.
