Tap-to-Pack supports NTAG215 NFC badges for logging in to the Tap-to-Pack controller. Each badge is linked to a specific user account so the system accurately tracks who is performing packing operations. While badges are not included with the controller, any standard NTAG215 badge is compatible.
Once programmed, the user can tap their badge on any controller to log in to a packing station or use the Kiosk function.
Prerequisites
- Badge Type: You must use an NTAG215 badge. (Recommended cards and compatible stickers.)
- Hardware: A mouse must be connected to the station to navigate the interface.
- Permissions: Your user account requires both View and Edit access for the Users permission.
- Connectivity: The station must be actively connected to a Tap-to-Pack controller.
Pro Tip
You can program a badge from any station currently connected to a Tap-to-Pack controller.

Did it work?
A successful NFC Badge activation is confirmed by a checkmark on the screen, displaying the user's name and the PIN connected to that badge. If the activation fails, the system will prompt you to try again.
