The Shipped Items Report is primarily used to analyze individual product movement within a specific timeframe. It provides detail at the SKU level, whereas other reports may focus on the order as a single entity.

Accessing the Report
- Navigate to Reports in the top primary menu.
- Select Shipped Items.
- Apply the desired filters, such as Warehouse or Packer, to refine your results.
Date Filtering
The Date Range filter in this report tracks when an item was physically shipped, not when the order was originally placed.

| Ship Date vs. Order Date | Results reflect the actual fulfillment date, regardless of order creation date. |
| Non-Inclusive End Date | The system does not include the specific day set as the End Date in the results. |
Important Date Formatting: Because the end date is not inclusive, you must set the end date to the day after your desired period. For example, to view data from February 1st through March 1st, set your range from 03/01/2026 to 04/02/2026.
