The Packer Report shows data for each user that has performed the packing task. Being able to log how the team is performing over time helps to understand and analyze things to change, view any unsatisfactory performance, or identify superstars on the team.
To view individual packer statistics, select My Account > Packer Report, then click the View button for an individual packer.
Next, select the date you want to view.
Once the date is selected, you can view the activity log by hovering over a bar in the graph located to the right, allowing you to display the following items:
- Total Labels Printed
- Total Items Packed
- Total Unique Items Packed
- Total Barcodes Scanned
The following data is provided for a single day:
- Number of labels printed
- Total items packed
- Total number of unique items packed
- Number of product barcodes scanned
- Number of errors reported that day
- Total Items
- SKUs counted for the day via Cycle count
A high-level summary of the user is also available, as shown in the example image below.
To help understand the difference between items packed and unique items packed, consider this example: If John packed a total of 270 items on Monday and 12 of the items packed were the same SKU, his stats would appear as:
- 270 Items Packed
- 258 Unique Items Packed
You can also view the number of packer errors for the user as well. Below is an example of what this looks like.
At the order level you will find the report like this:
