An Instant Transfer will move products from one warehouse to another without creating a Transfer order or receiving a PO.
Make Sure Your Account is Setup for Warehouse to Warehouse Transfer.
Please confirm with a ShipHero representative that your account has enabled the "Multi Warehouse" setting.
Also, please be sure to have two or more warehouses, or the transfer will not be available. The warehouse should have a default profile as in the screenshot below:
NOTE: In the example, Chris Test4 is a profile and cannot accept inventory and will not show up as a warehouse to transfer product to.
Instant Transfer
This is only available with Static Slotting.
The items instantly move from one warehouse to the next with an instant transfer.
- Go to app.shiphero.com > Inventory > Inventory Transfer
- Select Create Warehouse to Warehouse Transfer on the top right side of the page.
- Ensure that you have the correct warehouses listed under the From Warehouse and the To Warehouse fields, and select the inventory you want to transfer via the search bar.
- Select Transfer Inventory.
