How to Enable the ShipHero Mobile App on iOS

When downloading the ShipHero mobile app on an iOS device, please follow the steps below to enable trust and allow the app to run:

  1. Tap Settings > General > Profiles or Profiles & Device Management.
  2. Under the Enterprise App heading, you will see a profile for the ShipHero mobile app developer. Tap the developer profile name.
  3. You will see a prompt to confirm your choice. Once accepted, the mobile app is trusted on your device.
