How to Set Up Email Notifications for Orders

To set up order notifications, go to the My Account > Settings page.

  • Packer Error -  We will send an email to the address provided here when a packer error is reported.
  • Notify Payment Hold -  If an order comes in with a payment hold, email this address.
  • Notify Fraud Hold -  If an order comes in with a fraud hold, email this address.
  • Notify from Warehouse -  If the warehouse puts an order on hold using the mobile app, email this address.

Low Stock Notifications

A Low Stock Notification is a summary of any low stock or back-ordered items. You have the option of setting which days this report is emailed to you, along with the time the report is generated.

To adjust Inventory Report Notification options in the web dashboard, view My Account > Settings > Notifications.
