Even if your Shipper Number is correct, the API will reject the request if the account is not explicitly listed under your "Payment Options" in the UPS portal.
How to Link Your Shipper Number to UPS.com
To resolve this error, you must first verify the association on the carrier's website:
- Log in to UPS using the specific username and password currently entered in ShipHero.
- Hover over your name in the top right corner and select Payment Options from the dropdown menu.
- Review the list of accounts. If your Shipper Number is not listed, select Add a Payment Method from the dropdown and follow the prompts to add your account.
Once the account is successfully linked on UPS, you must refresh the credentials within your ShipHero Dashboard to synchronize the connection.
To apply these changes, navigate to Shipping > Carriers, select your UPS integration, and update the fields listed above.
