Resolution Steps
Because this error stems from your contract settings with the carrier, it must be resolved directly through UPS:
- Identify the UPS Account Number receiving the error.
- Contact your UPS Account Representative or UPS technical support.
- Request that the SurePost feature be activated for your account and that your Mailer ID be linked to your API credentials.
- Once UPS confirms activation, attempt to generate the label again in ShipHero.
