Sometimes customers will send samples to end clients using standard letter envelopes. Follow these steps to configure shipping for this situation.
- Navigate to endeavour.shiphero.com > open and pack the order
- Select Order Options and set the carrier to Endicia (USPS).
- Set the Method to First Class Mail.
- Save the order options.
- Set the Shipping Box to USPS Letter.
