ShipHero does send email addresses to DHL when obtaining labels, but DHL has informed us that they have removed customers' email addresses from their shipping labels.
DHL's response to our inquiry was as follows:
"This is not an error, but is an intentional change on DHL systems and labels. As part of our ongoing process and systems improvements, we no longer require this information to be printed on the label. In this specific change, the contact email and/or telephone numbers are being removed from the shipment/piece label, and is made available electronically to our relevant DHL Employees and DHL Operators that require it to perform their tasks and deliver the service expected of our customers."
