Troubleshooting: Order Not Showing in Multi-Batch Queue

Orders will not show up in the multi-batch queue if they were canceled while still in a tote.  In the event that an order is canceled and items are still in the tote, users will need to manually clear the tote.  If items remain in the tote after being canceled, it may block future orders from allocating or show up as ready to be picked.
