If returns are not showing up in order details or product details, ensure that the returns are processed in ShipHero instead of your eCommerce store. The inventory will be properly adjusted only when returns are handled by ShipHero.
Troubleshooting Steps
- Verify where the return was processed.
- If the return was processed on your eCommerce store, reprocess it on ShipHero in order to properly adjust the inventory.
- If the return was processed on ShipHero and inventory was not adjusted, escalate to Support for assistance.
Escalation Process
If the return was processed on ShipHero and inventory was not adjusted, escalate to ShipHero Support with the following details:
- URL to the Order Details page for the order that was returned.
- Confirmation that the return was processed on ShipHero.
