The Item Locations Report provides detailed visibility into how inventory is stored within your warehouses. If you have LPNs enabled in your account the reportt distinguishing between items that are sitting "loose" on a shelf and items organized within specific containers (LPNs). This distinction ensures high accuracy for B2B operations and inventory control.

Navigating the Item Locations Report
Each line on the report represents a SKU in the specified location. For SKUs store in multiple locations multiple lines will be displayed on the report.
Search and Filter Options
Use the search field to narrow the report to specific SKUS and locations within your warehouse. Below is a table of all the availabel filters and the various options available each offering a multi- select option.

Item Locations Report Columns Defined
These columns represent the data fields included in the Item Locations report and CSV exports. Change which columns are displayed by editing the column visibility. Open the Columns menu in the top right-hand corner, check the columns you want to show and uncheck the columns you want to hide.

| Warehouse | The specific warehouse building where the item is stored. |
| Client | The name of the customer account (For 3PL accounts only). |
| Location | The specific bin or shelf name within the warehouse. |
| Type | The classification of the location (e.g., Picking, Overstock). |
| Total Units | The total quantity of the SKU physically present at this location. |
| Loose Units | The quantity of loose inventory stored in that location. (LPN activation required) |
| Units in LPN | The quantity of units stored in an LPN in that location. (LPN activation required) |
| Active Item | Status indicating if the product is currently active or inactive in the system. |
| Pickable | Indicates if the location is available for order fulfillment processes. (Pickable or Non-Pickable) |
| Sellable | Indicates if the inventory at this location is part of your available-to-sell stock. (Sellable or Non-Sellable) |
| Active Lot | Indicates if the specific lot is currently active. (Lots and expiration activation required) |
| Lot Name | The unique identifier for the production batch or lot. (Lots and expiration activation required) |
| Exp Date | The date the lot is scheduled to expire. (Lots and expiration activation required) |
| Days to Expire | The calculated number of days remaining until the expiration date. (Lots and expiration activation required) |
| Creation Date | The timestamp of when the item was first assigned to this location. |
Exporting the Item Locations Report
Export the report by selecting the Export button on the top right corner of the page. There are two options
- All Rows to CSV: Downloads all report data based on active filters.
- Visible Rows to CSV: Downloads only the currently displayed data based on active filters.
Inventory Changes via the Item Locations Report
Required User Permissions: To perform inventory adjustments via the Item Locations report, ensure the following using permissions are enabled:
- Reports: View/Edit
- Products: View/Edit
- License Plate Numbers: View/Edit (LPNs must also be enabled at the account level)
How to Adjust Loose Inventory
Follow these steps to update the quantity of loose inventory at a location:
- Go to the Inventory & locations > Item Locations page.
- Locate the desired SKU and Location row in the report.
- Click the Edit (pencil icon) at the end of the row.
- Select the Loose option in the From dropdown.
- Enter the updated Quantity and Reason.
- Click Save.

How to Adjust Inventory in an LPN
When adjusting the inventory of an SKU in an LPN on the Item Locations Report you can acces the Edit item location module two ways, by selecting the Edit icon of the report line (as mentioned above; just select the LPN that needs to be adjusted instead of the loose option), or from the LPN list as instructed below.
- Navigate to the Inventory & locations > Item Locations page.
- Identify the row for the specific location you wish to manage.
- Click on the LPN Quantity value to view the list of containers at that site.
- Click the Edit (pencil icon) next to the LPN you need to adjust.
- In the adjustment window, enter the new Quantity and select an Adjustment Reason.
- Add Comments or Lot information if applicable.
- Click Save.

Adjustments made here update both the specific LPN total and the overall Location total simultaneously.
Deleting Item Locations
There are two ways to delete item locations depending on whether you are performing a quick fix or a bulk warehouse reorganization.
NOTE: Deleting an Item Location disassociates the location from an SKU, it does not delete the location from the system. To delete a location entirely from the system you must do this on the Inventory > Locations page.
Prerequisites
- User Perimission: User must have Locations: Delete permission enabled in their user settings to remove/delete item locations.
- Required location conditions: See chart below for the specific location conditions which be met before you will be able to remove it from a SKU.

| Zero Inventory | The location must have a quantity of 0. If stock remains, you must transfer it or perform an adjustment first. |
| No Active Picks | There can be no pending Tote Picks or open orders tied to that specific SKU in that location. |
| Unlocked Status | The location cannot be part of an active, locked Cycle Count. |
Method 1: Deleting a Single Location
Use this method for removing a specific SKU from a bin or cleaning up a single entry.
- Navigate to the Inventory & locations > Item Locations page.
- Locate the row for the item and location combination you wish to remove.
- Hover over the line and click the Delete icon.
- A confirmation module will appear. Click the red Delete button to finalize.

Method 2: Bulk Deletion
Use this method for seasonal transitions or when a specific zone in your warehouse has been cleared.
- On the Item Locations screen, use the checkboxes on the left to select multiple rows.
- A Bulk Actions Bar will appear at the top of the table.
- Click the Delete button.
- Review the list in the confirmation modal and click Delete to process all selected rows.
