What URLs and IP Addresses Should Be Whitelisted for ShipHero

When you use a firewall on your system, you should ensure that certain critical URLs are whitelisted so that ShipHero can function properly.

ShipHero Enterprise customers should check that all of the following URLs are on your firewall whitelist. If any are blocked, you may see a 500 error or find that you cannot download articles.

ShipHero's outbound IP can change unpredictably and without notice. Therefore, we do not give out the current outbound IP since a system relying on it for whitelisting can break without notice.
