How to Set the Dry Ice Weight Setting

ShipHero supports shipping with dry ice via the Dry Ice Weight (lbs) setting on the order details page. Before using this feature, confirm with your carrier that dry ice shipments are supported.

How to Set Dry Ice Weight

  1. Go to Orders > Manage Orders and open the order.
  2. Scroll to the Details section and find Dry Ice Weight (lbs).
  3. Enter the weight and click Update Details.

Dry Ice Weight must be entered in pounds (lbs).

How to Set Dry Ice Weight with an Automation Rule

  1. Go to Orders > Automation Rules.
  2. Click Create New Rule.
  3. Give the rule a Name and Trigger.
  4. Select Set Dry Ice Weight from the Action dropdown.
  5. Click Create.
