This feature will allow pickers sent to a location with an issue to mark the location as Hospital. Marking the location as a hospital will make the location non-pickable, which will prevent pickers from being directed to locations.
IMPORTANT: Please reach out to support to enable this feature on your account.
- The picker is sent to a location that cannot fulfill the order. The picker will press "Report Issue" on the top right of the screen and press the "Not enough quantity in location" option, then confirm they would like to flag this location as a Hospital location.
- The location is now non-pickable.
-
An Inventory Control Specialist (Quality Assurance for your warehouse) should be responsible for checking the locations list on the mobile app for Hospital locations at least once an hour. To do this, go to the mobile app and do the following:
- Press "Search By Location" in the navigation menu.
- Press the filter icon on the top right- Press Location Status and then "Hospital location" "Yes."
- Press the back arrow and click "Apply." -
Once you have a list of hospital locations, you need to go to each and count the inventory there.
-
If the count is different, press the pencil icon and change the quantities. Once you're done counting all items in the location, press the "Save" button. Clicking the "Save" button will clear the hospital flag and make the bin pickable again.
-
If the inventory is correct and no changes need to be made, you can clear the hospital status by pressing the "X" on the hospital badge, which will also remove the hospital flag and make the bin pickable again. ff
