Connecting StarTrack to ShipHero

Connecting your StarTrack account allows you to generate shipping labels and manage rates directly within ShipHero. Because StarTrack is part of the Australia Post network, you will use shared API credentials for both services.

The API Key and Password used for StarTrack are the same credentials used for Australia Post accounts. If you do not have these credentials, visit the Australia Post Developer Center and select "Register your interest today" under the Shipping and Tracking section.

How to Connect StarTrack

  1. Navigate to the Shipping > Carriers page.
  2. Click the Connect Carrier button.
  3. Select StarTrack from the list of available carriers.
  4. Input your account details and API credentials into the connection form.
Setting Name Description/Action
Profile Determines which company address and contact information is printed on the invoice and shipping label.
Warehouse Select the specific warehouse location that will utilize this carrier account for shipments.
Account Number Your unique StarTrack account identifier.
API Key & Password Security credentials provided by Australia Post for API access.
