This article will walk you through the steps of troubleshooting the below error about the phone number length while trying to ship a package.
If the above error occurs while trying to ship a package, you will need to make sure that the phone does not have any hyphens (-) in the field located in app.shiphero.com> My Account tab> Warehouse> Select the warehouse.
NOTE: If you are a 3PL, you will also need to check the child accounts profile in the same spot as above and verify that there are no hyphens (-) in the phone number.
