Additional Reporting Services: Data Export

ShipHero offers reports to track your inventory, shipments, storage, and more.

For more advanced reporting needs, will allow you to get access to all data so that you can build your reports against it using your own reporting tools.

Available export formats are CSV, JSON or Parquet. We recommend Parquet.

The cost for this export service is $500 per month. 

How to Request Data Export Services

  1. Open a ticket with our support team HERE.
  2. You will sign an agreement outlining all the details of the service as well as the additional cost. 
  3. You will be asked to provide your AWS account, credentials (keys), and the location path so the Engineering team can upload the reports to your cloud system for storage.
