This article is a general overview of the Reports menu in the ShipHero Web Dashboard.

These reports are in the process of being migrated to the new and updated features page located at shipping.shiphero.com. Reports that have already been migrated have a forwarding icon next to the report name.

| Shipments | Measure the volume of shipments made within ShipHero. See shipment counts, shipment costs, end-customer shipping costs, profit, and items shipped within a date range. Filter by date, carrier, shipping label status, store, and warehouse. | Overview: Shipment Report |
| Shipped Items | View all products shipped within a specific timeframe and the orders they are associated with. Control visible fields using the Column Visibility tab. Export to CSV or PDF. | Overview: Shipped Items Report |
| Inventory Value | Calculate current or historical inventory value. Filter by date, warehouse, and vendor. See total inventory value for a timeframe and on an individual line item level. Export to CSV or PDF. | Overview: Inventory Value Report |
| Kits Reports | View all kits and filter by kit SKU, warehouse, component SKU, component name, quantity, and date created. Export to CSV or PDF. | |

| Pickers | View individual picker statistics for a selected date, including items picked, unique items picked, overall picker stats, order numbers, products picked, and totes used. Export to CSV or PDF. | Overview: Picker Report |
| Packers | View individual packer statistics for a selected date, including labels printed, items packed, unique items packed, whether product barcodes were scanned at packing, and any packing errors recorded. | Overview: Packer Report |
| Cost of Goods | Commonly used for determining sales taxes due for a specific period. Covers selling price, current product cost, customer shipping amount, actual shipping cost, and total and taxable sales. Filter by store. Export to CSV or PDF. | Overview: Cost of Goods (COGS) Report |
| Stale Inventory | See how long it will take to sell current products and how many units have sold in the last 90 days or over the past year. Use this report to identify products to purchase less of in the future. Export to CSV or PDF. | Overview: Stale Inventory Report |
| Sales by SKU | View inventory sales filtered by vendor, store, and active status. Includes FBA products. Sales velocity is based on a customizable period (default: 365–335 days ago). | Packer Errors | Review all reported packer errors in one place. Sort by date and packer name. See the error date, packer name, error type, affected product SKU, and associated order number. | Needs Replenishment | Track which products need their picking bins replenished. | Overview: Replenishment Report |
| Serial Numbers | View which serial numbers were used on which orders for products that require serial number tracking. Filter by date, store, and warehouse.
