Important Notes and Limitations
- UniUni only handles domestic shipments within the U.S. and within Canada. They do not provide international services.
- ShipHero does not currently support multi-package shipments with UniUni, this is being worked on by our carrier team. In the meantime, if you have an order with multiple packages, you will need to generate each label separately to ship via UniUni.
- UniUni does not deliver to P.O. Boxes or Military addresses. These delivery locations need to be processed by the Postal Service, (USPS or Canada Post).
