Overview: Shipped Items Report

The Shipped Items Report tracks individual product movement by SKU within a given timeframe. Unlike the Shipments Report, which summarizes at the order level, this report breaks down each SKU shipped and the quantity per order.

Accessing the Report

  1. Go to Reports in the top menu.
  2. Select Shipped Items.
  3. Apply filters such as Warehouse or Packer to refine results.

Date Filtering

The Date Range filter is based on when items were physically shipped, not when the order was placed.

Filter LogicBehavior
Ship Date vs. Order DateResults reflect the actual fulfillment date, regardless of order creation date.
Non-Inclusive End DateThe specific end date is not included in results.

Important

Because the end date is not inclusive, set it to the day after your desired period. For example, to view data from February 1st through March 1st, set your range from 02/01/2026 to 03/02/2026.
