The Shipment Report lists every shipping label ShipHero generates for your account. It shows shipment counts, costs, and profit for a date range you choose, and you can filter it more than a dozen ways to find exactly the data you need.

How to Access and Export the Shipments Report
- Go to the Reports > Shipments page.
- Use the filters panel on the left side of the screen to filter the view.

Select the filters you'd like to use and click Apply. The report displays in the lower portion of the screen.
- Click the gear icon to the right of the search bar to adjust which columns are visible, then select the columns you want to display from the dropdown list.
- Click Send report by email on the right side of the screen to export the report. You'll receive an email with a download link when the report is ready.
The report is sent to the email address of the logged-in user who requested it. For large date ranges or high shipment volumes, ShipHero delivers the export by email instead of loading it inline in the report.
Shipments Report Filters
Use the filters to narrow the results. Some filters require an exact match, and others accept a partial or case-insensitive search.
Note for 3PLs: The Customer Account and Customer Account Status filters are only available on 3PL accounts.
Shipments Report Exact Match Filters
These filters require an exact match to the value you select.

| Shop Name | Filter by the store associated with the shipped order. |
| Warehouse | Filter by the warehouse the shipment was processed from. |
| Packer | Filter by the packer (user) who packed the shipment. |
| Shipping Method | Filter by shipping method. Options change based on the Carrier you select. |
| Profile | Filter by warehouse profile assigned to the order when the order was fulfilled. |
| Dropshipment | Filter by whether the shipment was a dropshipment. |
| Shipped Off ShipHero | Filter by shipments shipped on a platform outside ShipHero. |
| Customer Account | Filter by customer account. Available on 3PL accounts. |
| Customer Account Status | Filter by customer account status, Active or Inactive. Available on 3PL accounts. |
| Lot Code | Filter by lot code. Only appears when Lot Tracking is enabled on your account. |
Shipments Report Partial and Search Filters
These filters accept a partial, case-insensitive match.

Shipments Report Date Range Filters
The Created Date filter sets the date range for the report using a Start Date and End Date. It's the only filter that can't be removed, and it defaults to Last Week if you don't change it. Start Date includes shipments from that day. End Date excludes shipments from that day, so choose the day after the last date you want included. The Lot Expiration Date filter uses the same Start Date and End Date pattern, and only appears when Lot Tracking is enabled on your account.
Choose a preset date range or set your own:
- Last Week
- Last Month
- Last 3 Months
- Last Year
- On or Before
- On or After
- Between (a custom range)
- A specific custom date
Shipments Report Filter Behavior
- When you select a Carrier, the Shipping Method filter only shows methods available for that carrier.
- The Customer Account list narrows based on the Customer Account Status you select.
- Lot Code and Lot Expiration Date filters only appear when Lot Tracking is enabled on your account.
Shipments Report Dashboard View
A summary bar at the top of the Shipment Report shows aggregated metrics for your current filter selection.

| Total Shipments | The number of labels generated during the selected date range. For multi-package orders, each label is listed separately. |
| Total Items Shipped | Total number of items shipped from the warehouse during the selected date range. |
| Distinct Items Shipped | Total number of unique SKUs shipped during the selected date range. For example, if you ship 100 orders that all contain the same SKU, your Distinct Items Shipped count is 1. |
| Customer Cost | How much the end customer was charged for shipping when they placed the order. |
| Shipping Cost | The total cost of labels generated through ShipHero for the selected date range. |
| Shipment Profit | Customer Cost minus Shipping Cost for the selected date range. |
By default, the Shipment Report only counts shipments with a Valid Label Status. Use the Label Status filter to include all shipments or only voided labels.
Shipments Report Columns Defined
Each row in the Shipment Report represents a single label. Click the gear icon next to the search bar to choose which columns display.

| Ship Date | The date and time the label was created, shown in your account's timezone. |
| Order Date | The date and time the order was placed, shown in your account's timezone. |
| Shop Name | The store the order came from. |
| Packer Name | The name of the packer who packed the shipment. |
| Merged | Whether the order was merged with another order before shipping. |
| Profile | The warehouse profile used for the shipment. |
| Warehouse | The warehouse that shipped the order. |
| Tracking Number | The carrier's tracking number for the shipment. |
| Alternate Tracking ID | A secondary tracking identifier, when the carrier provides one. |
| Shipping Container ID | The shipping container ID the order was sorted into after packout. |
| Shipping Label | A PDF of the label printed for the shipment. |
| Shipping Carrier | The shipping carrier used for the label. |
| Method | The shipping method used for the label. |
| Shipping Name | The display name of the shipping method, as shown to the customer. |
| The recipient's email address. | |
| Name | The recipient's name printed on the shipping label. |
| Address | The recipient's primary street address. |
| Address 2 | The recipient's secondary address line, such as an apartment or suite number. |
| City | The recipient's city. |
| Zip | The recipient's ZIP or postal code. |

| Country | The recipient's country. |
| Company | The recipient's company name. |
| Phone | The recipient's phone number. |
| Shipping Box | The name of the box or package type used. |
| Size | The package length, width, and height, shown in your account's dimension unit. |
| Weight | The shipment weight, shown in your account's weight unit (lb, kg, or g). |
| Label Cost | The cost of the label. |
| Insurance Amount | The cost of any shipping insurance added to the label. |
| Cost to customer | The total price the end customer was charged for shipping when they placed the order. |
| Distinct Items | The number of unique SKUs on this shipment. |
| Quantity Shipped | The total number of items on this shipment. This is different from the Total Items Shipped metric in the summary bar, which totals items across every shipment in the selected date range. |
| Line Item Total | The total price of the order's line items, before discounts. |
| Shipped Off ShipHero | Whether the shipment was recorded as shipped on a platform outside ShipHero. |
| Promotion Discount | The total discount applied to the order from promotions. |
| Discounted Line Items Total | The line item total after promotion discounts are applied. |
| DropShipments | Whether the shipment was a dropshipment. |
| Lot Code | The lot code for the item shipped. Only appears when Lot Tracking is enabled. |
| Lot Expiration Date | The expiration date of the lot shipped. Only appears when Lot Tracking is enabled. |
