The Sales by SKU Report is used to understand the amount of inventory and the estimated time until inventory is sold out in each of your warehouses. It also includes an overview of sales information for the SKU regardless of which warehouse received the order.
This report aggregates sales information for a SKU across all warehouses, providing a comprehensive view of product performance regardless of the fulfillment location.
To access the Sales by SKU Report fron the Reports > Sales By SKU page.
Key Report Features

- Data Portability: Export your filtered results to a CSV file for external analysis.
Managing Sales Periods
ShipHero calculates inventory longevity based on a defined sales period. While standard presets (7, 30, 60, 90, or 365 days) are available, you can define a custom range for more granular insights. The sales periods is set to a rolling range (e.g., 365 to 335 days ago) by default. Navigate to My Account > Settings in the Dashboard to adjust these parameters.
Troubleshooting Data Discrepancies
If the Quantity Sold in ShipHero does not match the data in your Sales Channel (such as Shopify or BigCommerce), the report is likely displaying Cached Data. Navigate to Reports > Sales By SKU and click the Refresh button at the top of the report to pull the latest daily data.
