Troubleshooting: Product not showing in the search results
If you are trying to add a product to a purchase order, you can do so by searching for the product. If it doesn't show up in your search results, you'll want to confirm that the product has a vendor assigned. The assigned vendor should match the vendor for the purchase order.

If you are trying to add a product to a Purchase Order using the Auto Add feature but the product does not get added, verify that the product has a reorder value greater than 0 on the product details page.
