Troubleshooting Amazon Error: Terms and Conditions Not Accepted

When attempting to generate labels via Amazon Buy Shipping, you may encounter an error stating Terms and Conditions Not Accepted. This occurs because Amazon requires all merchants to manually review and agree to their service terms, as well as the terms of individual carriers, within the Amazon Seller Central portal before labels can be issued.

If you do not agree to the terms for a specific carrier, that carrier's services will remain unavailable for selection in ShipHero.

How to Accept Amazon and Carrier Terms

To resolve this error and enable label generation, follow these steps within your Amazon Seller Account:

  1. Log in to Amazon Seller Central.
  2. Navigate to Manage Shipping Services.
  3. Review the general Amazon terms and conditions for the Buy Shipping service.
  4. Locate the list of individual carriers and review the terms for each one you intend to use.
  5. Click the I Agree checkboxes for both Amazon and your preferred carriers.
  6. Click Submit to save your changes.
