Subscribe to Updates

You can receive automated notifications regarding maintenance windows or product outages. To subscribe to these alerts, please visit our ShipHero Status Page and click the Subscribe to Updates button.

Receive updates via email, text, slack or webhook.

Subscribing to updates ensures your team is notified of scheduled downtime before it impacts your shipping workflow.

Check Current System Health

If you are experiencing performance issues and want to verify the current operational state of the platform, you can access the status page directly from your account. Navigate to your ShipHero Dashboard (or Home on the top menu) and click the ShipHero Status button to view the live report.
