How to Access Your Support Ticket History

To access your ShipHero ticket history, follow the steps below.

1. Login to the ShipHero Help site.
2. Click on the Welcome dropdown with your name.
3. Select My Activities.
4. Tickets for you and your organization can be found on this page.
