You may sometimes receive the UPS error "The Shippers shipper number cannot be used for the shipment". There are three potential causes of this error:
- The From addresses do not match. Confirm that the From address you are using matches the address you have set in your UPS account.
- Your shipper is not connected to UPS. Make sure that your Shipper Number is connected to your ups.com account. Follow the steps in this article.
- Your UPS account has been suspended. Log into your UPS account to check your account status, or call your UPS representative.
