Troubleshooting: Incorrect Date on Shipping Labels

If you see an incorrect date when shipping, verify that the cut-off time in your settings is accurate. Any labels printed after your cut-off time will be printed with the next day's date.

  1. Go to the Shipping Carriers
  2. Click on the Pencil Icon to open your carrier's Settings page.
  3. Verify your Cut-Off Time

Note For FedEx Accounts:

An additional setting is available to add days to the label date. This may be required if you are using FedEx Express shipping methods. Learn more about it in our article, Shipping with FedEx Express and Setting a Future Label Ship Date
