Known OSM Limitations

| Domestic-Only Rating | The OSM Domestic Rating API only returns rates for shipments within the US, including US territories. International shipments can't be rated. |
| International Labels | The OSM Label API can technically generate international labels, but ShipHero doesn't create labels with a zero shipping cost. Since OSM's Rating API doesn't return international rates, international labels aren't available yet. |
| Manifesting (End-of-Day) | OSM doesn't support end-of-day manifesting through this integration. |
| Partial Shipment Rating Failures | When any package in a multi-package shipment can't be rated, ShipHero doesn't create labels for any package in that shipment. |

| Void Label | OSM has no void API endpoint, so ShipHero can't send OSM a void request. You can still void the label from ShipHero's shipping screen; OSM just won't be notified. OSM only bills for a label once a carrier scans it. This means a voided label, even one from a multi-package shipment where another package failed to rate, is never charged. |
