The Download Orders and Download Product features allow you to pull in missing orders or SKUs from your eCommerce store.
To download orders or products, you will need the order or product ID from your store.

Where can I find the Order ID?
The Order ID is the number at the end of the order's URL in your eCommerce store. For example:
To import orders from any supported store except Amazon, navigate to My Account > Stores > Download Orders. Enter the Order ID and click Download.
For Amazon orders, navigate to My Account > Stores > Pull/Update Order. Enter the Order ID and click Pull/Update Order.
For Shopify orders, first check the Sync Settings Shopify to ShipHero section of your store settings. If the Only import orders into ShipHero that have been paid for setting is enabled, any order flagged as Unpaid will not import. Also verify that the order is not in Draft status in Shopify, as draft orders will not import.

The Product ID is the number at the end of the product's URL in your eCommerce store. For example:
The Download Product feature is available for most stores, including Shopify. To import a product, navigate to My Account > Stores > Download Product. Enter the Product ID and click Update.
Troubleshooting
Not all stores support these features. If your store is not listed above, or if you need help importing a large number of orders or products, contact ShipHero Support with the following information:
- The store name.
- The order numbers or SKUs.
- The order IDs or product IDs.
