ShipHero sign-in sessions keep you logged in while you work. When you select Remember this device for 30 days on the sign-in screen, ShipHero keeps you logged in on that device for up to 30 days and renews your session in the background.
Before You Begin
- Where this applies: ShipHero web (Shipping), the Packing desktop app, and the 3PL, Inventory, MWA, and Purchase Orders sites.
- Packing app version: Sign-in sessions in the Packing app require build 1.4.0 or later. After you install it, each user logs in once more during their first day. After that, the session renews in the background.

How to Stay Signed In to ShipHero for 30 Days
The Remember this device for 30 days option on the ShipHero sign-in screen keeps you logged in on that device for up to 30 days, including after you close and reopen your browser.
- Go to the ShipHero sign-in screen and enter your email address.
- Check that Remember this device for 30 days is selected.
- Select Continue and finish logging in.
While you are signed in, ShipHero renews your session in the background, so you do not need to do anything. To set up multi-factor authentication, see How to Manage Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) for Users.
ShipHero Error: "We couldn't verify your session"
The 3PL, Inventory, MWA, and Purchase Orders sites show "Authentication error: We couldn't verify your session." with a Retry button when ShipHero cannot check your sign-in as the page loads. This is usually a network problem.
- Check your internet connection.
- Select Retry.
If Retry keeps failing, contact ShipHero Support.
