Overview: NetSuite Integration with ShipHero

The NetSuite / ShipHero integration creates a seamless information flow between both systems, enabling you to run your eCommerce store with ease and efficiency. The integration empowers your business with the essential tools to excel in today’s competitive market.

A common setup for NetSuite would be to have all products, orders and purchasing (POs) done in NetSuite and then connect 3rd party software, like ShipHero, to do things like warehouse management and shipping. In order to help support our customers who use NetSuite, we’ve built an integration so data can flow between Ship Hero and NetSuite.

The integration is similar to other channel integrations we have and supports the following flow of data:

NetSuite> Ship Hero

  • Transfer Orders
  • Orders
  • Products
  • RMAs
  • PO / Shipping Plans

Ship Hero > NetSuite

  • Returns
  • PO Receipts
  • Order Fulfillments
  • Inventory Updates / Stock Relocation

The ShipHero / NetSuite integration does require an extra charge. If you want to integrate using NetSuite, please contact your CSM or contact support.
