What is Klaviyo?
Klaviyo allows you to send targeted emails and SMS to customers using ShipHero shipping events as triggers. For example, when an order is delivered, Klaviyo can automatically send a delivery confirmation and prompt the customer to leave a review.
ShipHero supports four key triggers in the Klaviyo integration. Each trigger can be linked to a Klaviyo workflow, which you can customize to reach customers based on their package status.
4 Key Triggers with Klaviyo and ShipHero
- 1st Scan — The package has left the ShipHero warehouse and is in the carrier's hands.
- Delivery Success — The package has been successfully delivered to the customer.
- Return to Sender — The package is being returned to the ShipHero warehouse due to an address issue or similar problem.
- Failed to Deliver — The package reached its destination but delivery was not possible.
