Example Workflow: Adding Items to a Pallet LPN
Follow these steps to successfully add products to a pallet using a barcode scanner:
- Scan the Pallet LPN: Identifies the specific pallet you are working on.
- Scan the "Add +" command barcode: Puts the system into "Add" mode.
- Scan the SKU(s): This selects the product from the list. Note that quantities are confirmed in a later step.
- Scan the "OK/Confirm" command barcode: Validates the selection.
- Scan a Packaging Command: Select "One SKU in new package", "Multiple SKU in new package", or "In the same package".
- Scan the SKU(s) again: This increments the physical quantity being packed.
