The Picker Performance Dashboard compares each picker's actual performance against an AI-generated benchmark tailored to your warehouse map. Use it to identify top performers, spot workflow bottlenecks, and make data-backed decisions about labor costs.
Important
You must be using ShipHero's Location-Aware Picking solution for results to populate in the Picker Performance Dashboard. This is how the system calculates walking distance for each batch.
The Picker Performance Score
The centerpiece of the dashboard is the Score (0–10). A score of 5 means the picker completed the batch exactly within the AI-estimated time. Above 5 is faster than expected; below 5 is slower.

| 10 | Picker was twice as fast as the AI benchmark. |
| 5 | Picker completed the batch exactly within the expected time. |
| 0 | Picker took at least twice as long as expected. |
