How to Use the Picker Performance Dashboard

This article covers how to access and navigate the Picker Performance Dashboard in ShipHero, including available filters, column definitions, the Picker Detail View, and exporting reports.

Accessing the Picker Performance Dashboard

Go to Workforce Hero > Performance and select the Pickers (MiB & SiB) tab.

Available Picker Performance Filters

Use the following filters to refine the data displayed on the dashboard:

Filter Description
Position Filter by specific worker roles, created and managed from user settings.
Team Members Select specific workers to view.
Shift Filter results by specific work shifts created in Workforce Hero.
Date Range Select from preset ranges (Today, Last 7 days, Last 30 days) or set a custom date range.

Picker Performance Dashboard Columns Defined

Each row in the main view represents one picker. To customise which columns are displayed, open the Columns menu in the top-right corner and check or uncheck the columns you want to show or hide.

Column Description
Worker The picker's name and information, pulled from user settings.
Position The worker's assigned role or position, managed in user settings.
Batches Total number of batches completed.
Orders Total number of orders picked.
Units Total number of individual units picked.
Clocked Time Total duration the user was clocked into the picking system.
Recorded Time Actual time spent performing picking activities.
Inactivity Warning Time Total time a user was alerted for inactivity.
Transition Time Time elapsed between the end of one batch and the start of the next.
Productivity Percentage of recorded picking time versus total clocked time.
Score The overall AI-calculated performance score for the picker.

Navigating the Picker Detail View

The Detail View lets you examine an individual picker's performance at the batch level. It can be filtered by Date and supports the same column visibility controls as the main dashboard.

  1. Click the name of the picker to open a side window showing their Score summary.
  2. Select View batches to open the Picker Detail View.
  3. The detail view groups all batches for each day into a single line. Select the down arrow next to a date to expand and view metrics for each individual batch completed that day.

Picker Detail View Columns Defined

Column Description
Date The date the specific batch was processed.
Batch ID The unique identifier for the batch.
Picking Type Identifies whether the batch was Multi-Item (MIB) or Single-Item (SIB).
Orders & Units The volume of orders and units within that batch.
Expected Time The AI-estimated time to complete the batch based on warehouse map and complexity.
Percentage Difference A visual indicator comparing actual completion time to expected time.
Score Performance score for the individual batch.

Exporting Picker Performance Reports

Select the Export button in the top-right corner of either the main dashboard or the Picker Detail View.

Export Option Description
Visible Rows to CSV Downloads only the currently displayed data based on active filters.
