If you are using ShipHero's 3PL Billing functionality and have labels fees enabled you have several options available on how and when you want customers to see their label costs. The "show label cost setting" is enabled at the customer level for each warehouse they are connected to.
Shipping label fees should be set for the customer's billing profile BEFORE changing the visibility settings changing the settings. If they are not before hhand your customers maybe able to see the raw cost of the shipping labels.

How to Change Label Cost Visiblity for 3PL Clients
IMPORTANT NOTE: ShipHero saves the marked up cost that is displayed when the label is generated. If Show marked up cost or Use marked up cost, but don't show is selected any changes to Shipping Labels fees will not be updated on the shipment section of the order details page.The label will always reflect the the original cost/fee even if the fee is changed.
- Go to the 3PL Billing Portal and select the customer you want to edit.
- Click the Change button on the Billing Settings section.
- Scroll down to the Labels section and make a selection from the "Show label costs to the customer" dropdown.
- Hit Apply to save changes.
